Lydney House – Description

Just a short walk from Swaffham, follow the large driveway to the enclosed gardens and stunningly renovated Georgian property which dates back to the mid 1700’s. The property is stylish and comfortable, with original features such as the pub with original beer taps and vaulted ceilinged cellar. Description

Warren House is a character property standing in the grounds of Warren House Estate and surrounded by mature woodland. The house is spacious with a lovely entrance hall, that has a striking modern staircase leading to the first floor. The Games Room is the ideal place for everyone to gather and have fun when you are not relaxing in one of the two hot tubs. Also, for an hour each day you have exclusive use of a swimming pool, additional times can be arranged with the owner if they are available. There is so much to do at Warren House you may not find the time to explore the beautiful Norfolk coast and countryside. 

Sankence is an area located within quiet woodland just two miles from the market town of Aylsham where you can find a good range of shopping facilities and bus links to Norwich and surrounding areas. Take a train ride, from Aylsham, along the Bure Valley Railway Line into neighbouring Wroxham where you can explore the Broads National Park on foot or by boat. National Trust property Blickling Hall, steeped in history, with its vast lake and 950 acres of woodland and parkland is only 3 miles from Warren Cottage. The coastal resort of Cromer with its famous pier and seaside shops is 14 miles to the north.

Description

Warren Cottage is a detached property on the Warren House estate, guests have exclusive use of the onsite indoor heated swimming pool for two one-hour slots for a weekend break and four one hour slots for a seven night break as part of their holiday. The cottage has a lovely open plan sitting, dining conservatory which leads through to the kitchen/breakfast area. There is an enclosed garden to the front with rattan furniture and fifty yards away there is a games room and your own private hot tub. Guests can enjoy use of the tennis court. Set in peaceful surroundings this a great place for a relaxing holiday
