Inside, you’ll find 4 generous bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas, a dining room, and a modern kitchen with a utility room. The interiors have been professionally designed to create a calming space to unwind. We also welcome up to two well-behaved dogs (please note, not permitted upstairs or in the bedrooms).
The Space
Step into a welcoming porch, perfect for boots and coats after a seaside walk, which opens into a spacious hallway. From here, you can relax in the main lounge with its large sofa, TV, and comfortable seating, or head through to the impressive open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances and everything you might need, plus an additional seating area with two sofas and a TV.
Off the kitchen, there’s a handy utility room with washing machine and a characterful dining room with seating for 8. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a modern shower room with W/C.
Bedroom 4 is also on the ground floor and can be arranged as either two singles or a king-size. It includes a TV and en-suite shower room.
Upstairs, the Master Suite features a king-size bed, TV, a beautiful bay dressing area with wardrobe, mirror, and dressing table. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed, while Bedroom 3 has a small double. The family bathroom completes this floor, with ambient lighting, a freestanding bath, and separate shower.
Outside
Set within a third of an acre, Olive House offers plenty of outdoor space. The front provides a lawned area and a large driveway with parking for up to 6 cars. The fully enclosed rear garden is ideal for dogs, with no escape routes, and includes a patio with lounge seating, dining table, hot tub, plus lawn and mature trees for privacy.
