Norfolk Holiday Rentals are proud to present high quality self-catering cottages, hotels, B&B’s and holiday rental accommodation in beautiful coastal and countryside locations throughout Norfolk. We are a local-based family-run business with experience of owning and running property lets throughout Norfolk.

  • Competitive Rates – We offer one of the most competitive rates of commission to you and your guests. Our current commission is 15% (plus VAT) with no contract.
  • Repeat Custom – We welcome repeat guests back time and time again.
  • Locally Based – We are based in Norfolk, so we can visit your property and meet with you in person to give you the best service possible.

How it Works:

  1. Give us a call, email, or pop in to see us
  2. View your property. We will organize a free visit to your property to answer any questions you may have and to explain our rates.
  3. We will then do all the hard work to get you set up giving you owner access to view your property and bookings.

What we Offer:

We will add you to our own website, Google, VRBO and Air bnb. Using our expertise, we may also decide to add you to websites that we think will help you gain more online presence. Whilst we don’t require you to sign up with us for a specific amount of time, we do require a set-up fee of £250 – plus three months’ notice if you decide to part company with us.  We request bookings of 50% of the peak holiday periods, which include Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, May half-term, Summer half-term, and October half-term. These will be agreed at the beginning of the year.  We will also use social media, google ads and regular newsletters to market your property.
 
On your behalf, we can set up professional photography if required, we can also arrange for services such as hot tub maintenance, window cleaning, chimney sweep etc. For these types of services, we apply a 10% (plus VAT) arrangement fee.
