Welcome to Birch House, a beautifully presented Victorian townhouse in the heart of Cromer, just a short walk from the town centre, seafront and iconic Cromer Pier.
Sleeping up to 17 guests across 10 bedrooms, Birch House is the perfect choice for large families, extended family gatherings and groups of friends looking to enjoy the Norfolk coast together.
Set over four floors, this spacious home combines the charm and character of a traditional Victorian townhouse with the modern comforts and facilities needed for a relaxing group stay.
With generous communal living spaces, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, private courtyard garden, balcony, off-road parking and plenty of bathrooms, Birch House offers the ideal balance of space for everyone to come together and room to relax.
Please be aware there are steps throughout the house including a small step into the downstairs bedroom so it may be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues
