Strattons Manor House is set in the vibrant market town of Swaffham, at the heart of the historic Brecks — a distinctive and captivating landscape stretching across Norfolk and Suffolk. Full of character, Swaffham is celebrated for its handsome Georgian and Victorian architecture, charming streets and warm, welcoming atmosphere, while Strattons itself enjoys a peaceful setting within a tranquil conservation area.

Just a short drive away lies the historic village of Castle Acre, one of England’s finest examples of a planned Norman settlement. Here, you can explore the remarkable Cluniac Priory and Motte-and-Bailey castle, both carefully preserved by English Heritage.

Perfectly placed for discovering the wider region, Strattons is also within easy reach of the stunning North Norfolk coast, the royal estate at Sandringham, and the historic port town of King’s Lynn, offering a wonderful blend of heritage, countryside and coastal charm.

THE MANOR HOUSE

Sleeps 16 guests in seven beautifully appointed bedrooms — six king rooms and one family room — all recently refurbished to a high standard. Each room is exquisitely presented in its own distinctive style, with some also benefiting from a private balcony.

Guests can also enjoy a range of sumptuous communal spaces, including a large and inviting sitting room that feels both comfortable and quietly sophisticated. There is a smaller coffee lounge with a dedicated workspace for those unable to leave work entirely behind, a generous dining area, and a state-of-the-art games room complete with a dedicated soft-play and gaming zone for younger members of the group.

Surrounded by beautiful gardens and offering ample parking, along with electric vehicle charging points, Strattons Manor House promises a truly memorable stay.

SELF-CONTAINED APARTMENTS

In addition, a selection of 1 and 2 bedroom self-contained apartments are available, offering flexibility for guests. These can be booked individually or combined with the manor house to accommodate larger groups.
