If you have any questions regarding your booking with Norfolk Holiday Rentals, the list below might have your answer, but in case your question is not listed, you can send us a message through our Contact Form and our very responsive team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Bookings can be made using our website choosing for individual properties availability or use our search engine to look for all properties.

In order to know if a specific property has availability, select the property that you want on the Bookings tab or simply pick up a property in the main page clicking at View Details below each property.
Use the calendar available for each property page available in the bottom of each page.

We accept credit cards via PayPal and bookings made 180 days in advance will benefit from 50% deposit payable on booking and the balance payable 90 days before arrival.

Yes,  all properties have a 3 days minimum stay.

A damage deposit might be charged prior your stay depending on which property you are renting, damage deposits are fully sent back to the customer after a quick review of the property 

Instructions for accessing the property will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed

Yes, all our properties are Pet-friendly, however, each property has a limit of pet`s allowed, please refer to each property to see the limit, limits are available on the main page.
